Can I use this seat cover and still use the center fold down console on my rear seat?

Unfortunately you cannot. The universal design of this seat cover will cover over any fold down console. You would need to remove the backrest portion of the rear seat cover to be able to fold down a center console or armrest. With the 2-piece design you could do that and still have the bottom portion of the seat protected.
