No. The charger is designed to be safe for all vehicles. It draws only as much power as your car’s 12V or 24V socket can provide and includes built-in protection against overcurrent, overheating, and short circuits. It won’t drain your battery when the engine is off unless your socket stays powered continuously (varies by vehicle).
