I cannot connect to my dash cam in the TYPE S Drive App.

  1. Please check your dash cam’s Wi-Fi function is enabled. Enter Wi-Fi setting page in the dash cam to make sure it is enabled. Find the Wi-Fi signal icon on the upper right side of the screen monitor.
  2. Please check TYPE S Drive App is connected to the dash cam using the correct Wi-Fi password. You can find the password in the dash cam Wi-Fi Setting menu.
