The vehicle charging system may not be working (bad alternator, voltage regulator, wiring problem or loose/dirty battery cables). Please seek a mechanic for help. The jump start may also not work correctly for vehicles that require remote battery jumper locations (i.e. battery located in the trunk or other location).
